OTM Software Professionals seeking a Senior IT Apps Project Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions, for a Fortune 500 client company. Pay rate $80-100/hour DOE.

** Local candidates with local experience preferred. Candidates must have 100% of required skills in order to be considered**

Responsible for driving IT M&A integration projects to successful and timely completion using their extensive Project Management and IT experience. Anticipates opportunities and problems in the achievement of overall goals and objectives. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee, manage and coordinate cross-functional enterprise projects
• Collaborate with project teams including staff, contractors and system implementers in a matrix environment
• Liaison between project teams, stakeholders and IT senior management
• Project planning, budgeting and implementation management
• Responsible for Scope Management, Issue Management, Risk Management
• Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations.
• Conduct effective project meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution.
• Development and maintenance of internal IT procedures and documentation.

Requirements:
• 5 years experience in Project Management with focus over the last 2 years managing cross-functional enterprise projects
• Must have experience as a Project Manager with tier-1 business applications including Oracle eBusiness Suite, and Salesforce.com
• Ability to excel within a matrix organization and team environment by strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
• Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, presentation/facilitation skills, and strong relationship management/conflict resolution skills required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within established time lines.
• Must have experience with rapid implementation methodologies

Education:
• Required a 4 year degree in Computer Science (or related) or in a business discipline
• Candidates with an advanced degree (such as an MBA) are preferred, though not required
• Candidates with PMI PMP certification is preferred, though not required
