BPM Software Product Manager Contractor

We are looking for a seasoned Business Process Management Software Product Manager consultant for a client opportunity at an Enterprise Software/BPM company. This is an inbound product management role, defining new products, the product roadmap and working with the engineering team to bring new products to the market.

The project would include the following tasks: Roadmap development, new product definition, partnering with engineering throughout the product development, and partnering with product marketing on new product launches.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
o 5 to 10 years experience in inbound Product Management roles
o In depth knowledge of infrastructure software, preferably Business Process Management (BPM) software
o Prior experience at Pega, Savvion, Progress Software, Webmethods, Tibco, Plumtree, Fuego, Lombardi and other similar companies would be very helpful
o Proven success in the definition and execution of new products
o Ability to work with international development team
o Proven ability to work with a large, matrixed global organization
o Engineering or computer science bachelors, and preferably, a master's degree

This is a 20 to 40 hour per week, onsite project at the client's offices in the south bay. This is a w2 role with Stage 4 Solutions.
