Sr H/W Engineer / Manager / Director

Knowledgeable in HW Design both analog and digital, expertise in RFID technology a plus
Strong board level digital/analog design experience along with systems design experience
Able to manage all aspects of digital and analog PCB layouts, prototype fabrication, and design verification
Experienced working with embedded control products, including understanding of firmware/hardware interfaces
Proficient at drafting schematics, specifications, test procedures, and similar documents
Self directed but also strong team player, excellent communication skills, comfortable with international design and manufacturing teaming
Demonstrated capacity to plan, analyze, design, test and document hardware designs and contribute to system integration.
Competency in estimating, tracking, and reporting project costs and schedules
Proven ability to complete tasks on schedule and on budget.

Competitive Compensation Package including Options

REQUIRED

7+ years of board level HW digital design
3+ years of analog design experience
Schematic capture and simulation experience for both analog and digital designs
Knowledge of RF analog design best practices
Experience with TCP/IP embedded design

Education & Training: BSEE or MSEE
