Virtualization Software Engineers

We are hiring a range of experience levels and desired skill sets, but all development positions require strong cross platform (server side) C++ development skills and an interest in automation and systems management in the virtual datacenter. We are looking for software engineers with a significant number of the following desired skills.
Desired skills
Familiarity with at least two leading server hypervisors including VMware vSphere, open source Xen, Citrix XenServer, Red Hat KVM or Microsoft Hyper-V
Familiarity with hypervisor management tools such as VMware vCenter Server, Citrix Xen Essentials or Microsoft's Virtual Machine Manager
Familiarity with Amazon EC2
Developing software utilizing at least one of the above hypervisor APIs
Developing web services (both server and client side)
Experience with Axis2/C or WSO2's WSF for C/C++
Developing REST-based services
Development of Flex-based user interfaces
Developing tools for interacting with the Windows registry
Developing high quality, multi-threaded system software in C++ on Windows
Experience in managing virtual infrastructure
Experience developing data center automation tools
Experience creating best practices in development, release management and testing
Hands-on support of alpha and beta customers
Creating and managing test plans
Additional requirements
Proven ability to develop high quality, multi-threaded system software in C++ on Linux
Solid communication skills and a team-orientation
Flexibility and comfort with multi-tasking
Experience of all stages of commercial software development (initial design through QA and release)
U.S. citizen or permanent resident
