Robert Half International is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to evaluate complex business processes, and propose and document online solutions to meet business needs, and to analyze online marketing data and propose opportunities.
As part of the Online Marketing team, you will work with internal Business Owners and the development team. The BSA defines, plans, and supports implementations to most effectively achieve business objectives. The BSA reviews systems and specifications with business and development teams to evaluate, conceptualize, define, and obtain consensus on system objectives and functional requirements to ensure applications, systems, user experience, and business goals meet quality goals and standards. The BSA analyzes and reports on data from web and marketing systems to track key performance indicators and propose beneficial projects or target market segments. The BSA will plan, conduct, and direct analyses of business opportunities in on-line marketing.
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or other related business related area.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams required.
• Excellent communication skills required. Superb relational and facilitation skills required.
• Experience with web metrics systems (e.g.; NetInsight, WebTrends, Google Analytics, Omniture) required.
• Extensive experience with Excel and data analysis tools, including creating and presenting complex data reporting, required. Training or demonstrated experience in dataset analysis, including web analytics and customer relationship management databases required.
• Experience in eliciting, documenting and validating business requirements required.
• 5+ years experience in software development and project management and online marketing strongly desired.
