CrossTest provides testing solutions for the device/mobile software market. We are seeking a bright and dedicated Director of Software Engineering with strong software development tools background to join our organization.
The Director of Engineering/CTO will direct all architecture, design and development activities of the next generation of the CrossTest product suite. He/she will be a leader, mentor and manager of an outstanding team of engineers. Six month goals for this person will include:
- Create a product roadmap
- Ensure that all architecture decisions conform to the roadmap
- Provide technical leadership to a team of outstanding software engineers
- Deliver product releases according to the milestones set out by the company
- Contribute to winning sales by meeting with prospective customers
Qualifications Required:
- Extensive track record in the device/mobile software and/or software tools fields
- Experience managing all aspects of software engineering
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software solutions on time
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Technical skills that are sufficiently current to contribute to architecture decisions and to gain the technical respect of the team
- A willingness to make a total commitment to the success of the company
