[KITlist-Tech] Networking Technical Writer (San Jose, CA)

Description:

We're looking for a strong technical writer, preferably with experience documenting networking products, to document routers intended for a consumer audience.

This is a possible contract-to-permanent, onsite, position located in San Jose.

Requirements:

•BS or BA degree required

•5+ years' experience writing for a consumer audience

•Familiarity with networking, especially with routers, is a plus

•Ability to manage, lead and write

•Experience documenting both hardware and software products

•Must have excellent English language communication skills – verbally as well as written

•Must be able to multitask and juggle several projects at the same time

•Must have strong project management skills

•Ability to work both independently and work in a team environment

•Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, five days-per-week

•Available to start ASAP

Duration:

Six (6) months to begin with possible conversion to permanent
