Title: Technical Writer
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 2+ months w/ possibility of extension

Deliverables:

Bridge Playbooks baselined playbook versions
Bridge Playbooks recommendation for playbook creation process (baseline through approval)
Playbook future state recommended approach and plan (media, presentation, structure, content, and process) based on Tiger Team output

Competencies:
Change management and communications
Document design/ergonomics
New and creative media

Activities
analyze Playbook tiger team out as input to delivery and recommendations
support Playbook completion for Bridge.
investigate options for innovating with playbooks and the feasibility
prepare a detailed plan on Playbook end state implementation implementation approach, resourcing estimates, high level plan

The resource needs to have industry-standard technical knowledge on various media sources for implementing and delivering Country Playbook. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Fast learner who can ramp up on Playbooks and help support Playbook completion for Bridge. This will help get hands on experience
Suggest the right media required to successfully deliver Playbooks. This media could be an application, IWE, etc.
o Gather all the tools knowledge to make sure media suggestion is supported and is adaptable by employees
Analyze Playbook tiger team feedback and incorporate this feedback in above deliverables
Prepare a detailed plan on Playbook end state implementation: this will be based on finalized and approved Playbook media
o Implementation approach
o Resources required
o Brief project plan
Implement the plan and playbook delivery on the chosen media
