Title: IT Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mnos+ (renewable per quarter)

A seasoned IT Project Manager with experience in Program Management and Project Management and a record of delivering projects and tasks on time (efficient and productive). This PM should be well versed in managing large scale programs to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle ERP). Highly skilled at executing projects using various software development life cycle models.

• Focus and follow through with stakeholders, teams, developers (cross functionally)
• Bridging technology and business goals to provide productive solutions
• Solid problem solving
• Good grasp of technology with focus on delivering business solutions

Must have:
- Experience as a Project Manager or POC for a large project/program, working with several cross-functional groups.
- Significant experience in implementing Enterprise applications.
- Must have Oracle ERP Application Implementation experience.
- Project management experience for a team of at least 10 members.
- Minimum 2 years of Functional/Solution Analysis experience.
- Must have Oracle development background and should be able to understand the technical aspect of the project.
- Must be Expert in managing Microsoft Project plan and Risk mitigation
- Should be Proactive, Results Oriented and a go-getter attitude.
- Must have good Presentation skills.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to work well with business and IT stakeholders.
- Working experience in global virtual team, able to manage effectively onsite and offshore teams.
- Ability to articulate in both IT technical and Business language
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively under limited supervision
- Strong team player with good collaboration skills.
- Typically requires BS / CS or equivalent plus

Preferred skills:
- Oracle Inventory, BOM, Manufacturing experience (Oracle Configurator, Bill of Material (BOM), Oracle Order Management, iStore, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Sourcing, Oracle Workflow.
- PMP Certification

Project Management Tools:
MS Project, MS Visio, Software Configuration Management (PVCS, CVS), Kintana
E-Business Suite: Oracle PIM, Oracle Configurator, Order Management, Sourcing, Inventory, BOM, Purchasing, Oracle iStore
Tools: MS Project, MS Visio, Software Configuration Management (PVCS, CVS), Kintana
