Telecommute - part time
Our client is a stealth mode startup and we are seeking engineers to help them get version 1.0 of their enterprise B2B SaaS application complete. This app will provide data capture, integration, analytics and advanced stats/modeling tools and applications for a large industry vertical.
We are looking to hire 1-2 full stack developers on a contract basis to supplement the current team. Ideally we would like to find developers (US citizens only) with 2-4 years of experience who can work part time, remotely as we are operating virtually right now.
Required Skills:
· 2-4 years of full stack web application development experience (not just building web sites) with the ability to program both the frontend and backend to deliver complete end-to-end web services from screen designs created in Photoshop. Here are the platforms/technologies we are using and need experience with:
– Javascript/HTML/CSS/AJAX/Widgets
– MVC architecture utilizing REST APIs & XML/JSON
– Java/Spring/Hibernate/PostgreSQL (or similar open source SQL database´s like MySQL)
– Ubuntu Linux/Nginx web server/Tomcat proxy server running on Amazon EC2/S3 a plus
· Knowledge/experience with SQL including DB schema design, writing SQL queries, dynamic SQL, stored procedures, etc.
· Math or Computer Science degree (or equivalent)
· Experience with large-scale/enterprise SaaS a plus
· Experience with data mining, machine learning, AI a plus
· Experience with data analytics, business intelligence and/or dashboard/charting/reporting applications a plus
