West Valley Staffing Group is looking for Technical Recruiter with 1-2 years of recruiting experience to join our engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and identifying talented candidates, negotiate salary/terms, build client relationships, manage resumes, attend client meetings as well as job fairs, and networking events.
Requirements:
Strong Computer knowledge with ATS, Microsoft Office and internet
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to interact with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Must be flexible, adaptable, customer service oriented, and willing to go the "Extra Mile".
A min of 1-2 years of technical recruiting experience
AA or BS/BA Degree preferred
