Position Overview
We're looking for a very talented, innovative, intelligent, passionate and business minded product manager to join a fantastic, highly motivated team responsible for the leading content management system on the .NET platform.
Are you able to identify real-world business problems and work with a team to find solutions? Are you focused on delivering products that increase productivity? Are you able to carry on conversations with the suits and geeks in a way that both everyone understands? If you are interested in being part of a team that is leading the way for Social CMS, then this could be the opportunity for you.
You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tracking bugs right before launch. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product management and professional skills to ensure product success. This position is full-time and based in either Langley, BC or San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
* Ability to effectively interact with and establish immediate credibility with key stakeholders.
* Participate in defining product sales strategies
* Work closely with customers to capture product feedback.
* Strong experience working in an agile environment
Required Skills and Experience
* 1-2 years product management experience
* Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision.
* Solid understanding of social applications
* Excellent communication and presentations skills
* Strong work ethic and organizational skills
* Experience with agile methodologies and tools
Desirable
* Familiarity with web-based CMS landscape
* Familiarity with social networking and collaboration
Required Education
* BA/BS
* Specialization in Business Administration or Information Systems
