OTM is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to contribute to a long term project at one of OTM's clients. This is a great opportunity to have a direct and meaningful impact.

This project contributes to the transformation of systems, tools and processes that enable the Client´s team to bring the latest products and content to their website. Our mission is to improve the business team's velocity and flexibility for making changes as well as increase the quality of the information presented to Client's customers. We'll do this in parallel with Client's growth into new markets, new customer experiences and new platforms.

You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects and programs ensuring consistency with the team's strategy, commitments and goals.

Job Responsibilities

lead the planning and implementation of programs and projects
facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables in support of larger programs
define project tasks and resource requirements
develop project plans
assemble and coordinate resources
manage resource allocation
plan and schedule project timelines
track program/project deliverables
provide direction and support to project team
assess and mitigate risks
escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner
constantly monitor and report on progress of the programs to all stakeholders
implement and manage program changes and interventions to achieve desired outcomes
develop and track metrics to evaluate program progress and success
Education and Experience

5-6 years experience in program and/or project management
knowledge of project management techniques and tools
direct work experience in program / project management capacity
proven experience in strategic planning
proven experience in risk management
proven experience in change management
proficient in project management software
understanding of e-commerce, content management, and data management
