Electric Cloud, the leader in accelerating software delivery, is looking for a talented Product Manager for our new Release Management/DevOps products.

Our ideal candidate is someone equally creative and technical with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be driving the product strategy and roadmap for our DevOps offerings. You will have strong technology product management skills to define roadmaps by evaluating market opportunities, analyzing customer and partner needs and keeping a pulse on industry trends. You will also determine business model changes, identify and prioritize features and enhancements and incorporate partners - working with the development and management teams. You are market driven, analytically strong, have intuition (yet make decisions based on data) and are adept at multitasking and prioritizing. A solid technical background or experience with software development and delivery tools will be valuable.

Responsibilities:
-Drive the strategy for Electric Cloud´s solutions based on knowledge of trends in software delivery tools
-Connect with customers to collect user feedback, synthesize into requirements that are integrated into the product development process
-Collaborate with cross-product and product development teams to define and deliver new products and product capabilities for offering
-Establish vendor relationships and coordinate integration/delivery for non-core functions of business
-Formulate and measure product analytics to ensure ongoing product performance
-Stay current on competing products and perform functionality analysis

Skills & Qualifications:
-Straight-shooter, self-starter and very enthusiastic. Creative, detail-oriented, and analytical (comfortable making decisions based on data). Pragmatic approach to solving problems and keeping forward momentum.
-Blend of business acumen, technical knowledge and strategic perspective.
-Minimum 5 years of product management experience in high-tech software industry.
-Bonus for experience in development tools market or data center automation
-Excellent organizational, strategic thinking, problem solving, written and oral presentation skills
-Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of technology impact on financials and business cases
-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and demonstrated ability to work with UX
-Capable of delivering new products and features iteratively. Comfortable with concept of MVP
-Familiar with concepts for customer development
-BA/BS/CS. MBA is desirable.
