Title: Sr. Tech Lead JAVA
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)
MUST BE ABLE to work onshore/offshore hours.

Technical environment is comprised of:
a graph database
Oracle RESTful Web Services
Workflow engine
Business Rule Manager product
UI tool (Cytoscape)
Tomcat Eclipse
Mockito (testing framework that developers use)
Project backdrop:
Working to create a collaboration of various hierarchies to provide one view to the enterprise (some aspects are in production; some enhancements are ongoing and for the others BRDs are yet to be developed.
Soft skills
Must be a liaison between the business and technical teams
Must be capable of leading a tech team of 12-16 developers (offshore and onshore model)
