Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6-12 months

We are looking for Project Coordinator to support project managers in resource allocation and budget planning. The consultant will be responsible for tracking the deliverables and milestone of multiple projects.

- 5 - 10 years of experience as Project Coordinator
- Knowledge of project methodologies
- Ability to run and schedule meetings
- Open to suggestion and ideas
- Ability to track small projects to the minute detail
- Ability to escalate as needed
- Follows up independently
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle processes.
- Advanced excel user
- Experience with Clarity
- Experience in supporting project manager for project coordination
- Experience with tracking milestones and deliverable for the multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Coordinating the meeting between cross functional team
- Experience with resource planning and budget planning
- Highly process aware, with a commitment to quality.
- Delivery focused.
- Happy to embrace change, in particular new technology
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- An ability to analyze and write process flows.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Visio, Clarity
