Job Description:
Our mission is to create innovative informatics products that support the Analytical Chemist in synthesizing understanding from the vast amounts of data that are now available from modern analytical techniques. We need a key member of the Software and Informatics Test Team to join our multi-disciplinary team.
The selected candidate will be involved in the execution of new test plans for Chromatographic Integration and content management software products. This includes reporting results, reporting defects, investigating issues and verifying defect fixes.
It is vital that the selected candidate has an excellent understanding of chromatographic methods of analysis and the analytical laboratory workflow including demonstrated experience of working in an Analytical laboratory.
Knowledge of programming or scripting would be an advantage for creating automated tests
Job Qualifications:
A minimum of BS degree in Chemistry and 3 years of laboratory experience or preferably an MS degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry. Demonstrated hands-on experience of operating LC or GC instruments with chromatography data systems is required. Practical experience of working in an analytical chemical laboratory is required.
