FrontRange has an exciting opportunity for a director-level consulting services leader for the Americas region. In this role, the Americas ITSM Practice Leader is responsible and accountable for successful delivery of FrontRange Global Services Projects.
Description
The Americas ITSM Practice Leader is responsible and accountable for successful delivery of FrontRange Global Services Projects. This role will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to the team, with focus on managing revenue targets and commitments, effective utilization of resources and building the practice.
Responsibilities:
Passionate about achieving revenue targets, through successful solution delivery and improving Customer Success metrics
Contributes to the development of Customer Relationships, establishing FrontRange's value through projects and service delivery
Manages, grows and provides guidance to a team of experienced implementation consultants
Collaborates with Services Sales to define and perform work, strengthen customer relations and find more sales opportunities
Works closely with product development and Support organizations to enhance solutions
Establishes a seamless process to hand-off to support and maintenance organizations upon completion of services
Requirements:
BSCS required with MSCS desired and 10+ years of full life-cycle technical project delivery experience, with 5+ years of Services sales and Project Management experience
Proven track record of leadership, with a "roll up their sleeves" mindset, while managing delivery of large scope projects
10+ years experience of enterprise system deployment e.g ITSM (preferred), ERP, CRM, etc…
Previous experience with an enterprise solution provider such as ITSM/ERP/CRM and/or a leading systems integrator preferred
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is desirable
Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to multiple levels within organizations.
Thorough knowledge in project methodologies; Scope, Design, Develop, Test, Implement, and project Support. Understanding of the entire "Solution" ranging from Software, Professional Services (Process Modeling, Configuration, Customization, Integration, Conversion), design and implementation
Travel-30+ percent
Productivity Software: Microsoft Office and Project, Visio
Systems: Windows 9x/2000/XP, MS NT/2000 Server, IIS, .NET, UNIX, Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, Crystal Reports Reporting Tools:
Well versed in Languages/Protocols: SQL, Java, JavaScript, Perl, C/C++, Visual Basic, HTML, XML, LDAP
