FrontRange Solutions is expanding its consulting services operations and is seeking experienced Enterprise Software technical consultants for its ITSM practice. These positions are based in Pleasanton, CA. with a focus on delivering consulting services to our customers and partners in the Americas.


Description

As a Technical Consultant at FrontRange Solutions, you will join a team of talented team whose passion is solutions delivery. Customer satisfaction will be your focus. Success is defined as the ability to quickly understand the client's needs, craft solutions and deploy service desk enterprise applications with the expectation of exceeding the client's expectations.

Responsibilities:

Must be passionate about delivering Value and Customer Success
A creative thinker with advanced enterprise product, tool and ITIL process knowledge
The ability to quickly understand client requirements within the context of the product offering, and convert these into the customer's technical solutions
Delivery of solutions within the scope and project parameters.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and active participation in team initiatives.
Self-motivated with proven track record of quality "excellence" in all assignments.
Requirements

BSCS/MS or equivalent with 5+ years of consulting/development experience, 3+ years in the services/consulting industry as a pre-sales or post sales consultant
Prior experience in Service Management with knowledge of ITIL is required
2+ years of programming experience preferably in C# and/or VB.NET and/or Jscript will be a plus.
Extensive knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server, Oracle and good understanding of Microsoft environments including MSMQ, BPML, SOAP, understanding of schemas (.xsd) and transformation (xslt), Active Directory, IIS, Windows 2003/XP/7
3rd Party App Integration: CRM, ERP, CTI, eMail a must
Travel is 50-60%
Previous ITSM software company experience (BMC, HP/Service Center, IBM/Tivoli, CA/Unicenter, MS/SCCM, or Novell/Zenworks, is preferred)
