Responsibilities
You would be part of the IT Development and System Team
You will provide support for the internal IT helpdesks in diagnosing and resolving issues
Support for the Interactive Intelligence Phone system and Interaction client support for helpdesk and call center
You would be supporting all changes to the I3 Phone system and be the liaison between Vendor and helpdesk team
Work with IT , Customer operations and implement system changes on the Telephony platform (I3-Interactive Intelligence)
Skills
- More than 5 years experience in telephony application consulting, implementation and support
- Experience in Call Center technologies
- Must have strong knowledge in Call Center business processes
- Experience with I3 Interactive Intelligence is a big plus
- Strong problem solving, innovation and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
