We are looking for an IT Marketing Systems Analyst to join our project team at Client Company
to run and use Salesforce.com and 5 + different marketing applications for lead-generation,
lead-management and reporting.
This will be a 6+ month contract position reporting to the Director of IT. Client company is stable and growing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the IT interface to a marketing team of approximately 25 professionals that run and
use Salesforce.com and 5 + different marketing applications for lead-generation,
lead-management and reporting.
In tight collaboration with Marketing analysts and business owners gather/document requirements, design solutions and develop systems roadmaps. Build/program and implement solutions, interfaces and reports.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience as business or systems analyst in a Marketing environment
with a solid understanding of processes and challenges around Campaigns
Lead generation including Partner deal Management
Forecasting and pipeline
Quote to cash process
Extensive Salesforce.com administrator experience and with industry leading marketing automation solutions such as Eloqua and Marketo
Some background with other marketing systems, such as web content management, PPC management, and content syndication.
Salesforce.com experience within
- campaigns
- Lead generation
- Forecasting
- Reporting
- Dashboard generation
- Data cleansing and duplication prevention best practices
Experience with APEX code
Experience customizing force.com interfaces with VisualForce
Strong database skills
Self-starter with ability to learn quickly.
Superior communication skills.
Able to thrive in fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems management, or related discipline.
