Position Title: Programmer Analyst-2
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Duration: 6+ Months

Max Pay Rate: DOE
Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.
Education: 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Experience: 2+ years of experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems
Knowledge/Skills: Working knowledge of procedures, utilities, and good written and verbal communication skills
Application development - Advanced
PL/SQL - Advanced
SQL - Advanced
TOAD - Advanced
Oracle Forms - Advanced
Oracle Reports - Intermediate
Proficiency in Oracle - Advanced
Data Modeling - Intermediate
Additional Skills: Exposure to Agile, CVS, Remedy, Bugzilla, Clarity, Subversion will be a plus
Develop procedures and packages to support client program implementations.
Debug and fix production support issues that may arise.
Proactively identify and follow the best practices.
