[KITlist-Tech] Engineering Manager, VxWorks MILS Platform (Alameda, CA)

Wind River has a great opportunity for an experienced embedded development Engineering Manager. We are looking for an engineering manager to lead the team developing Wind River´s VxWorks MILS secure operating system.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing a team of 8-10 developers
- Creating, tracking and updating development schedules
- Working with other groups (including: program management, documentation, test, product management)

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in people management and project management
- Prior OS development experience
- Experience with MILS or partitioned operating systems in general a plus
- Technical degree (EE or CS) required

Other:

- Candidate must be a US citizen or hold a valid green card
- Some travel required
- Experience with secure platforms/applications a plus
