[KITlist-Tech] Customer Experience Manager (technical role) at Great Startup (San Francisco, CA)

The Role

● Amaze and delight our community of users and turn them into evangelists.
● Own all communication with users and run our various social media forums.
● Design, implement and administer all support-related technology.
● Answer user tickets quickly and accurately.
● Gather and prioritize feedback from users.
● Help diagnose issues reported by users and work with Engineering to resolve them.
● Communicate and follow up with users on Twitter, Facebook, our blog and other social media.

About Do

Do is a new startup with an awesome space in Mint Plaza, San Francisco.
We're building a platform for social productivity that will literally
change the way people work. We´re assertive, bright, highly motivated,

Required Skills

● Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment that can be demanding, but where you'll have a chance to be creative and see your work affect users immediately.
● Computer science, engineering or equivalent degree.
● Deep knowledge of:
○ Windows and Mac operating systems
○ Browsers and web technology
○ Web-based applications
○ Smartphone apps and tablets
● Working knowledge of HTML. Ability to code simple web pages. Experience or familiarity with CSS, Javascript, Ajax, HTML5.
● Demonstrated success in a hands-on technical role, with strong attention to detail.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with technical or marketing writing samples.
● Demonstrated success in at least one customer-facing role (sales, service, support, etc.)
● Active use of Twitter, Facebook, blogs and other social networking tools from a user's point of view.


Desired Skills

● Marketing experience
● Knowledge of social media monitoring software (Tweetdeck, Cotweet, Radian6, etc.)
