Job Title Technical Writer

Duties
- Performs technical writing to update product detail web pages for multiple product portfolios including molecular and cellular sample preparation and amplification.
- Research product information, ensure its accuracy, write product descriptions, and optimize the information for the target audience.
- Detail description of product specifications. - Update reference lists. - Review product presentations from competitors, and launch information on the website at the appropriate time.

Skills
- Sophisticated knowledge of English usage(grammar, spelling, punctuation, language usage, audience sensitivity).
- Strong understanding of use of molecular and cellular tools used in research labs.
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills, and the ability to interpret and summarize scientific & marketing information in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.
- Keen attention to detail, high regard for quality, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Strong project management capabilities to manage a large, multi-faceted project with several key stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Education
- Bachelors in Molecular or Cellular Biology, Biochemistry or equivalent field. Masters or PhD preferred.

Location:- Austin, TX
Duration:- 10+ months
