[KITlist-Tech] Product Support/Sales Engineer (San Francisco, CA)

We are looking for a talented Product Support/Sales Engineer to join our growing team of highly talented individuals. This position will make use of your software development and other skills to help Apsalar achieve a high level of success with our customers. This position will report into Apsalar´s engineering organization.

Responsibilities:

Serve as primary technical support contact for Apsalar´s customers, including complex technical trouble shooting and problem solving.
Assist our sales team with pre- and post-sales technical support, including software integration issues, analytics, technical assessment and analysis.
Provide software development services to clients as required.
Develop demonstration software/apps as required
Write clear, precise bug reports as required and submit to our bug tracking system
Provide input to technical materials for marketing initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience with iOS and Android application development is required
Experience with SQL is required
Working knowledge of Unix shell is required
Experience with Python or similar scripting language
Conceptual knowledge of behavioral data analytics is a plus
Conceptual knowledge of behavioral targeting is a plus
Experience in mobile advertising and OpenRTB is a plus.

About yourself:

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
1 year minimum related work experience
Excellent customer-oriented skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Ability to work well in a small team
Superb analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp-up with respect to customer´s applications and related needs
Ability and desire to gain in-depth knowledge of Apsalar products
