required:
Experience in sending multiple and technical weekly/daily project/release/program status reports
Hands-on experience in tools and technologies MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint, Wiki, Other collaboration tools
Job Function:
Person would be required to collaborate with project/release/functional managers and technical subject matter experts to;
1. Collect the required data (For example; List of projects, Project scope, Business Value, current status, risks & issues etc.)
2. Transform it into concise, clear, correct and complete information for different audiences (Internal, technical, Business groups)
3. disseminate it to the right audience, in an effective way, (Set up frequencies for messages, communication channels, email, wiki links, blogs)
4. through the best distribution channels and in best possible format (Outlook templates, email formatting, XLS tables and Graphs, Power Point presentations)
Work with different teams and standardize their templates for accomplishing their day to day tasks.
Qualifications
Experience in creation, distribution, and maintenance of all kinds of status reports and key messages
Good understanding of how to cater communication to audiences needs and expectations
Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
Experience in technical documentation for IT Applications
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
(Templates, Formatting, Pictures, Tables, Graphs, Dashboards, Look-n-feel etc.)
Ability to customize contents/formatting of status reports in planned as well as on-demand manner
Proficiency in using collaborative tools such as Wiki, Documentum and WebEx.
Ability to extract key information from raw data and verbose detailed inputs
Experience in developing and implementing communications mechanisms in place to create momentum and awareness as well as to test the effectiveness of communications activities
Highly collaborative style; sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all constituent group members
Self-starter, able to work independently, thinks about improving communication mechanisms and practices
