Position: Salesforce Service Cloud BSA
Location: San Jose
Rate: $Market/hr, All Inclusive
Duration: 6 months

Looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud BSA with expertise in Salesforce.com Service and Oracle integration experience.

Responsibilities
• Drive and implement a Services strategy that incorporates multiple business units, Customer service processes and systems
• Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com to support business processes and functions
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, document, analyze and prioritize detailed business requirements based on users and business needs
• Translate high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements for the IT development team
• Manage changing requirements (change control) communications with core team and business on impact
• Scope and provide accurate work estimates for all deliverables
• Work with business users to develop use cases for testing of new functionality
• Lead system testing efforts, ensuring that issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
• Provide project management support for IT initiatives
• Develop planning artifacts including Project Plans presentations or other collateral

Qualifications
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related business field
• Minimum of 7 years IT Business Analyst experience, 2+ years supporting and administering Salesforce.com
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of the Customer Service and Support business area
• Solid business acumen; ability to understand and anticipate business needs in order to provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Experience in leading and facilitating meeting and team activities as well as managing expectations and lead cross functional teams
• Ability to work with external vendors to resolve issues and manage project initiatives
• Strong technical, problem resolution and analytical skills; able to multi task and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and, proactive orientation
• Demonstrated ability to identify, define, and track key business / IT metrics.
• Strong team player with experience in all phases of the project cycle, both interfacing with technical teams as well as multiple lines of business users.
• Experience using technology to work efficiently with large datasets, i.e. Excel pivot tables, MS Access, etc.
