Web Developer needed for long term consulting project for Client Company. Client is stable / public / growing.

Job Description: Looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic front-end web developer.
You will be part of an interactive team helping to create Web pages and applications.

Key job responsibilities:

* Work as a front-end web developer with cross functional teams, understanding and refining user interface requirements, designing and writing code, clearly documenting the development process.
* Stay abreast of the new front-end web development technologies; integrate them with current front-end technologies to enhance the usability and efficiency of the site.
* Lead efforts on large-scale, global, web-based projects, ensuring robust and lasting solutions are implemented.

Skills and requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in developing front-end and user interface code for large scale web sites.
* 3+ years of experience coding in HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Experience with various other markup languages is a plus.
* B.S. / B.A. degree or equivalent work experience. Computer Science degree is a plus.
* Ability to address and quickly fix browser compatibility issues.
* Ability to learn, leverage and contribute to an in-house JavaScript library.
* Knowledge and eagerness to implement current web design and development trends including HTML5, CSS3
* Experience with Content Management Systems.
* Strong teamwork, communication skills and time management abilities.
* Passion for creating a great user experience and interaction.
