Job Title:- Tech Support Analyst

Job Description:-

Skills/experience to include:
• English as a first language (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working on a technical service desk
• Basic hardware and networking knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person, by phone, and in writing (email and chat sessions)
• Able to learn quickly and work independently
• Detail-oriented troubleshooting processes and thorough documentation of steps taken
• Flexibility with schedule, <20% travel

Location: - Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: - 3-6+ Months
