As our User Acquisition Manager, we´re looking for someone to build the largest, most passionate user base in the mobile gaming industry. Within our small but growing marketing team, you´ll play a key role testing various ad copy and imagery, managing and optimizing campaigns and communicating results and opportunities. This role entails significant interaction with external and internal stakeholders, including building relationships with channel partners and working with in-house product teams to define goals and develop marketing collateral. As a result, this position represents a fantastic opportunity to build expertise in the increasingly complex mobile advertising landscape.

Responsibilities:
· Identify new channels of user acquisition across web and mobile platforms.
· Achieve user acquisition targets by managing, testing, and optimizing campaigns in a ROI-driven way.
· Build and maintain relationships with external channel partners.
· Initiate testing and optimization process with publishers and internal product teams.
· Negotiate pricing and terms with publishers.
· Keep up to date on trends in Facebook advertising including researching competition.

Requirements:
· Experience working in the internet, mobile, or social advertising space.
· Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven organization.
· Facebook advertising experience a plus but some type of online advertising a must.
· Able to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to challenges.
· Exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage time around unexpected situations and/or requests and prioritize workflow by opportunity.
· Entrepreneurial self-starter, innovative thinker and aggressive executor.
