Position Summary:
Manages Client Managers of the functional leadership and strategy team responsible for guiding and building of technology vision for G&A (Finance, HR/LARC). Strong thought leader and interface between IS and the business; accountable for discovering, shaping, and prioritizing how IT can solve unmet business needs in a given function or domain. Drives projects through SLM to discovery. Holds business leaders accountable for resource commitments through project life and ensures value promised in discovery phase is ultimately captured. Responsible for leading the development of function´s IS strategy Understand current business process architectureUnderstand current trends affecting customer, market and technology trends within CPG and among customers for supported business function(s)Manages a team of Client Mgrs and Solution Engineers to prioritize business problems which IT can address by shaping definition of project needs and high-level solution approachManages a team of Client Managers and Solution Engineers to develop project charters (business problem, business needs, expected value capture, dependencies, risks, resources required) in collaboration with business sponsors; assure clarity and specificity in definition of business problem and business impactAssure business engagement in blueprinting, prototyping, and testing,Ensure implementation meets value capture post go-liveUnderstand trends in industry; platform limitations and priorities to advise business on implications

Required Qualifications:
* 8-12 years in IT organization with industry experience in domain, working with Finance, HR, Legal and compliance organizations.
* Understanding of business function processes and interdependencies within domain
* Experience working in an outsource environment
* Experience leading business supporting strategy development
* Awareness of broader tech community and current developments
* Familiarity with AR, AP, Tax, and Quarterly close processes; cost accounting
* Understanding integration of financial processes with other traditional processes
* Awareness of federal, corporate, and IS policies
* Enterprise-wide understanding of HR systems and external interfaces including SAP ECC
* Experience defining / implementing operating model changes; defining support strategies and requirements
* Effective communicator with high collaboration and synthesis skills
* Ability to persuade business on strength of vision
* Strong ability to shape / influence business and technology requirement Desired Qualification * Education Level/Degree: B.S. with coursework in IT
* MBA / advanced degree a plus
