Job Title: Sr. DSP Engineer/wireless/3GPP/LTE
Term: 3-6 months
Job Description:
Our client is an established company located in Sunnyvale. They are seeking a senior DSP engineer to assist with a few critical projects for 3-6 months, maybe longer.
You will be working on next generation mobile technologies. This is an individual contributor role within a 4G Wireless PHY Software development team.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience developing DSP software for Wireless modems.
Experience in developing software on SIMD/VLIW vector DSPs and toolsets required.
Good understanding of 3GPP protocols and compliance is required.
Expertise and inclination in SW/Product unit testing highly desirable.
Understanding and experience of OFDMA wireless modem design and signal processing is a plus
Prior Wi-Fi/WiMAX/3G/LTE UE design experience is a strong plus.
