#1)Performance SQA Engineer
2 to 3 years experience in software engineering/testing including memory/performance profiling, performance and load testing, test lab maintenance

#Position 2:Lead SQA Performance Engineer
•5+ years experience in software engineering/testing including memory/performance profiling, performance and load testing, test lab maintenance
•Strong test design skills and knowledge of standard principals of SQA
•Strong programming/scripting skills (C#, Java, VBScript, JavaScript, IronPython, Windows command, or similar languages)
•Strong knowledge of databases
•Understanding of throughput, latency, memory and CPU utilization
•Good knowledge of windows system tools included in SDK and DDK
•Solid understanding of operating system principles, including process scheduling, file system management, memory management, queuing theory, etc
•Solid knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, Routing/Switching protocols
•Develop performance and load test strategy supporting immediate project targets as well as long term goals
•Create reusable performance test automation tools to increase the productivity of the whole performance QA team
•Create automation tools to present project metrics and performance result metrics
•Work closely with developers to create necessary hooks into the products for testing automation; to debug complicated problems with pointers, deadlocks, state based memory or other resource leaks
•Design, execute, and maintain automated performance/load tests and test framework/tools
•Debugging automated test failures, defect isolation
•Advise software engineering team on opportunities for optimizing/tuning performance during all phases of development cycle
•Clear and concise reporting of performance results for trending and troubleshooting, including maintenance of automated performance results
•Use third party software tools proficiently
