CPP, Inc. – the exclusive publisher of the Myers-Briggs® and other leading personality, career, and organizational development assessments – is looking for a Sales & Automation Specialist to coordinate and maintain the sales and marketing automation process using Eloqua and Salesforce.com to optimize lead generation, qualification, distribution and reporting.

We are seeking exceptional candidates who meet the following qualifications to join our business systems team:

• 3-5 years of related work experience required, preferably in software admin roles supporting database marketing and sales analysis
• Bachelor's Degree required – Marketing, Math, Statistics or Technology focus (CSC / MIS) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Salesforce.com CRM. Salesforce.com certified administrator a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Eloqua. Eloqua certified administrator a plus.
• Knowledge and experience working with business intelligence tools (Oracle, Business Objects, etc.)
• Superior data analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow through. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines
• High energy and thrives in team-oriented culture and know how to have fun while working hard

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as CRM/marketing automation (Salesforce, Eloqua) power user, spearheading sales & marketing campaign and data entry SOPs and framework for testing, execution of campaigns, reporting, and analysis
• Serving as primary point of contact for Global Sales and Marketing teams for Salesforce and Eloqua, including data uploads, updates, and integration.
• Coordinating and institutionalizing the closed-loop lead generation process that provides business relevant information from "campaign to close" and is communicated to both Sales and Marketing team members
• Tracking the flow of leads through the pipeline and working with the sales teams to ensure follow up and report impact/ROI of lead generation programs.
• Supporting Marketing in setting up technical framework for lead nurturing campaigns.
• Auditing leads, identifying unqualified leads and funnel into Eloqua nurturing programs until qualified.
• Auditing all campaigns to ensure they've been set up correctly and troubleshooting the cause
• Streamlining and establishing process for managing distribution lists and contact groups in Eloqua.
Extracting data and compiling list pulls using a combination of tools including Eloqua, Salesforce, and Excel and work with Marketing to integrate lists acquired from outside vendors.
