Integration Engineer
Responsibilities:
Adap.tv Intengration Engineers will work with new video publishers to onboard and successfully integrate both publisher ad serving (ato) and marketplace (atm) partners. Candidates must have strong working and technical knowledge of Web and Flash player development in the video advertising industry. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Provide 1st line technical integration support and assist Customers with the development of Flash player integrations with Adap.tv's ato and atm platform.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving HTML, Flash, Javascript, and other web technologies
• Implementing and managing Publisher setup in atm or ato, to include payment profile completion, categorization of content, blocking/unblocking and ad approvals, account optimization (top of chain, freq capping, geo targeting etc.)
• Selling publishers on deeper partnerships, including ato use, placing us first in the chain for atm, etc.
• Achieving quarterly targets around sign up rates, inventory levels and atm connections.
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience working with web technologies including HTML, Javascript, Flash, XML, etc.
• 2+ years of Online Media or Ad network account manager experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with good knowledge of cookies, web analytics and statistical analysis.
• Experience with a variety of advertising categories and understanding of what inventory works for what advertisers, at what prices.
• Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite with Excel and Access required
• Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a team oriented collaborative fashion.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, solid relationship builder.
• Self-starter capable of flourishing in startup and/or un-structured environments.
• Energy and passion for growing an online video advertising business.
• BA/BS Degree in Business/Economics/Computer science desirable.
