Adchemy has developed a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform that enables advertisers and agencies to deliver highly relevant, cost effective and impactful marketing campaigns at scale to audiences across multiple channels including search and display.
The Director of Product Management is responsible for ensuring that Adchemy's platform product offerings address the most important needs of digital advertisers and other players in the online marketing ecosystem.

Specific responsibilities include:

· Deliver products that directly address the most critical challenges for advertisers.
· Institutionalize capturing the voice of the customer via client advisory panels, attending industry conferences, and building direct relationships with end users.
· Ensure a clearly defined and easily understood advantage against competitors. Identify opportunities for product/technology partnerships.
· Drive Applications strategy, roadmap, and prioritization through product positioning and adherence to the Adchemy values.
· Build and maintain a product roadmap for the Applications product suite detailing goals, dependencies, target metrics, etc.
· Drive user experience and behavioral consistency across the Applications modules.
· Make major development tradeoffs across the Applications product suite to maximize the value delivered by PM/Engineering/Research/QA and minimize opportunity cost.
· Work with product planning to raise visibility of tradeoffs and develop out-of-the-box solutions to make progress on multiple business fronts simultaneously within operational constraints.
· Triage new Applications initiatives, product bugs, and requirements for underlying Core Technology products.
· Assist individual product managers with the design and simplification of critical product initiatives.
· Assist with product demos and be actively involved in the sales process. Understand the product suite backward and forward from the perspective of prospective clients.
· Accept accountability for execution and decisions that are made within the team while entrusting individual PMs to truly be the CEO of their products.

The ideal candidate:

· Has 8+ years of experience in product management.
· Has experience successfully managing a team of product managers and delivering tangible results across a suite of products.
· Is an excellent communicator, especially with presenting, and is effective working with a wide range of professionals up to VP- and C-level executives inside and outside the company.
· Has first-hand experience with or has worked closely with Product Marketing and Sales.
· Can manage a wide range of priorities and help others to do the same through effective time management and direct communication with team members.
· Is innately analytical and well-organized.
· Is absolutely willing (and excited) to roll up the sleeves and do individual contributor work as necessary to meet goals.
· Has a can-do attitude, and finds innovative ways to get things done despite technical, business, and operational constraints.
· Has experience with B2B enterprise level SaaS applications.
· Has domain expertise in the online advertising industry, and is familiar with the challenges facing advertisers, publishers, and data providers.
· Is excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
