IT Systems Engineer
San Jose / San Francisco Bay Area
Our client is a well-known ecommerce company that has and continues to experience tremendous growth. We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer that has the ability to function successfully in a fast paced environment.
Position requires:
• Expert level systems administration skills on Windows server platforms, and should have extensive experience with Microsoft Back Office applications.
• Background with systems and application stability, security, performance, and capacity management, as well as documentation.
• 5+ years experience with relevant internet technologies and implementing, administering, and supporting production environment and backend support systems.
• 5+ years Web server (IIS), application (Exchange / SCCM / SCOM / SharePoint) and database (MS SQL) servers expertise
• Understanding of internet standards such as - DNS, SSL, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, DFS and other protocols , Cisco VoIP (UCCX / CUCMA) implementation and support experience, as well as experience in at least 2 relevant scripting or programming languages (CMD/Batch, PowerShell).
