4. Lucene
OS (install and manage skills)

Technologies
1. J2EE
2. Oracle
Desired skills
1. VMWare deployment and management
2. building vApps
3. basic knowledge of networking
4. good understanding of various communication protocols
Additional skills
1. good communication skills
2. Work with minimum supervision
3. result oriented
Experience: At least 5-8 years experience in development/system admin
