Job description
User support for hardware requirements for the helpdesk
in the the following areas;
MS Office, Outlook, Access, Project and Visio and other application as required
MS Windows Operating Systems
Connectivity to the network and peripherals light User training
Maintain capital equipment inventory troubleshoot system problems
Provide support for VOIP systems (using Interactive Client 3 as system)
5+ years experience with LANs, PCs, Windows Operating Systems and office applications
