Title: Flex Developer
Location: San Jose
Rate: $65/hr - $73/hr on W2
Duration: 6months
Job Description:
1. Act as a primary developer and write well-organized Flex4.5, ActionScript, MXML, Flash, HTML, and AIR application deployment.
2. Develop Java/Actionscript code to dynamically retrieve and parsing data in XML or JSON and consuming that data on FLEX Charts.
3. Work with our UI design team to transform UI specs to a reliable, fully-functional user interface.
4. Create component layouts with custom skins.
5. Using solid object oriented design techniques, design and implement application error handling strategy.
6. Create server-side Java technologies based code including JSP, and Servlets and write code using 3rd party JAVA API/SDK to dynamically retrieve data.
7. Work closely with QA, review test plans, and clarify algorithms implemented and ensure test plans comprehensively validate user interface.
8. Work as build engineer to create war and deployment files and automate build process using BuildForge/Maven.
