Product Manager
Reporting to Director of Product Management, the PM will help define and advance the company's SaaS-based social commerce solutions. We are seeking an individual who is goal-oriented, tech savvy and has a passion for creating great products. You will be responsible for understanding clients' key business problems and turning those into concrete features for the product that simply and clearly solve their needs. This is a hands-on Product Management position requiring someone who excels at taking an idea and delivering a final product with minimal guidance. You should also be comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and executive stakeholders in the company during the concept, development, launch and sustain phases of the product's lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
• Work with Engineering and UI Design to deliver a compelling product that solves the critical business problems and delights the customer.
• Define functional specifications for products, including detailed page flows, layouts, design, and other key project requirements.
• Guide and support projects during development, including project management and testing, to ensure that business goals are achieved.
• Drive continual product improvements based on ongoing customer research, feedback, and performance.
• Prioritize product opportunities based upon business potential; make resource tradeoff decisions as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong technical background with some knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Working knowledge of SQL a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience developing and managing projects for web based products and/or services
• Ability to be self-motivated and deliver projects on time with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
