Sr SQA Engineer
ActivevVideo is seeking a Sr. Software Quality Engineer that will be responsible for testing Active Video's platform and TAG platform, doing load, scalability testing and benchmarking on various hardware. He/She is required to set up and configure the TAG servers and Active Video platform, write thorough and detailed test cases, perform database and schema testing, system verification and end-to-end UI testing. Experience in TCP/IP, UDP, packet capturing, database testing, Linux and Windows configuration is a must.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Education:
• Technology or Engineering Degree
• 5+ years software quality assurance experience
• Automation and scripting skills a plus
• Database testing
Software development skills:
• JavaScript, Perl, MySQL, Python
System Experience:
• Linux
• Windows, Linux systems
• Web services, Apache Cocoon, IIS
• IP network
