Job Description:

The Business Technologies group provides leadership on the design and and implementation of internal collaboration and communication technologies and their effective integration into business processes. We do this by partnering closely with business functions and internal IT team, and also by attending to people, process, and culture through proven change management methodologies.

One arm of BT is the Client Engagement Team. The Client Engagement team ensures that the proper channels are in place to gather and prioritize user stories and business requirements for decision-making related to collaborative technologies. The team also analyzes a variety of metrics and success measures and makes recommendations on appropriate adoption strategies to business functions. Additionally, the Client Engagement Team works with a variety of business clients, in particular, the Communications team, to find ways to maximize the effective use of collaborative technologies

The BT Client Engagement Project Manager will oversee and participate in a wide array projects related to change management and adoption.

Typical duties that the Project Manager may engage in:

* Strategize and manage communications and training related to BT initiatives
* Analyze metrics and client information from a variety of sources and recommend best utilization of resources to improve adoption
* Consult with all levels of employee within Company and influence them in embracing the changing technologies, business policies, processes and/or systems.
* Help teams utilize Company´s standard approach to change management
* Work directly with teams to help them create a plan for analyzing day to day business activities and identifying opportunities for improving those activities and processes through the use of technology and behavior change
* Be responsible for managing assigned projects and the overall results
* Design, develop, and manage online community and related information to address change management and adoption of technologies
* Continually change and improve processes to keep up with rapidly changing initiatives, client needs, and business goals


The ideal candidate will:

- Possess a solid understanding of web 2.0 technologies, unified communications technologies, and social media
- Have knowledge of good information architecture and instructional design principals
- Identify and analyze complex program requirements.
- Require minimal supervision and work independently.
- Receive only general objective/direction on new assignments.
- Possess excellent communication skills and excellent problem solving skills.
- Practice sound business judgement
- Have strong project management skills.
- Have the ability to coach and lead teams.
- Work effectively with individual contributors, mid-level managers, and executives
- Work with team and management to detect problems early.
- Make timely and sound decisions.
- Champion improvements.
- Have Cross-functional business knowledge
- Have knowledge of change management theory
- Be able to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
- Work with drive and commitment to results.
- Self Starter Attitude, Be Open to Suggestions and Criticism, Results Oriented
