Our Client provides next generation of enterprise business applications and is looking for a process oriented, data savvy Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Senior business analyst to gather the requirement from multiple stake holders in finance, HR, Sales and customer support organization to support reporting needs and tool administration using Sales Force and prioritizing the tasks for development and administration teams.

• Our client is looking for a strong Senior Business Analyst/ to gather the requirement from multiple stake holders in finance, HR, Sales and customer support organization to support reporting needs and tool administration using Sales Force and prioritizing the tasks for development and administration teams.
Facilitate requirements gathering and create Business Requirements documents as needed
• Internal client liaison, managing and prioritizing project and enhancement requests
• work closely with our salesforce developer and manage delivery of projects to the end user
• Build and manage a standardized Development Lifecycle for all salesforce development
• Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives
• Perform gap analysis: as is vs. to be
• Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
• Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts
• Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff
• Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary
• Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
