Job Title:- SharePoint Administrator

Job Description:-

Must Have Skills: SharePoint 2003, 2007

Desired Skills: Administrator has done a migration from sharepoint 2003 to 2007.
- The SharePoint Administrator is responsible for planning, designing, deploying, and administration of all corporate global SharePoint environments that support operations in Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific regions.
- With limited supervision, the position must be able to effectively communicate complex concepts and information to executives and interact directly with our client´s IT leadership.
- The position will be expected to craft and propose governance models, policies, practice standards, and long term strategies for leveraging SharePoint technologies to improve organizational communication, business unit collaboration, and operation.
- The position will work closely with our client´s IT Network services, IT Web Services, and others to plan and manage overall corporate content taxonomies and content libraries that are hosted within and external to SharePoint environments.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to effectively manage a complex SharePoint environment working with IT Network services and IT Web services.
- Ability to analyze business processes, plan functional requirements, and develop efficient solutions for hospital business units.
- Ability to effectively communicate sometimes complex technical information to Hospital executives and business unit clients.
- 4-6 Years no. of years experience

Location:- Chicago, IL
Duration:- 6+ months (Scope of Contract-to-Hire)
