We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will present, implement & optimize use of our innovative web performance management tools. Our customers range from small-shop web developers to Fortune 50 CIOs. You will work with all of them.

Responsibilities
Drive implementation & deployment of company services
Lead customer presentations & demonstrations, virtually & on-site
Develop strong customer relationships & further penetrate major accounts
Respond to customer requests for additional services, ensure high customer satisfaction, continuing revenues,, & account growth
Refine metrics & analyses for customer retention & account management (utilization, risk evaluation, etc.)
Contribute to creation of best practices & product innovation
Convey in-depth knowledge of all technical aspects of company´s products, architecture, & security
Very limited travel (5%)
Requirements
5+ yrs as exp as a Sales Engineer, Consultant, or Support engineer in a software company.
Exp working with one or more of the following languages – Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, or Python.
Exp with virtual delivery of demonstrations & implementations
Exp with a SaaS delivery model is desirable
Exp with application performance management is highly desirable
