Minneapolis startup company is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our talented team of professionals as a Web Analytics Business Analyst. The Web Analytics BA will focus on all facets of analytics for an health and wellness service delivery platform and will be relied on to provide insightful analysis and reporting to effectively communicate business performance and identify opportunities. This role will serve as the key interface developing and improving analytics and reporting provided to support our partners and the new business development process. This is not a telecommuting position. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Minneapolis, MN at their own cost.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the implementation and continued rollout of web analytics products including but not limited to Omniture and WebTrends.
• Discover, Test & Target, and integrations across all properties
• Lend expert knowledge of web analytics, reporting, and collaborate with Design, Content, and Development groups to successfully implement measurement strategy.
• Support the development of implementation documentation, use case development, and training documents.
• Support the gathering of business requirements and provide technical documentation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to assist with data collection and reporting.

• Support the analytic needs for online service delivery by reporting on and analyzing data from a number of sources.
• Develop partner and executive marketing dashboards, validate the data and analyze KPI's.
• Provide insight from the data to develop recommendations intended to improve online performance.
• Help shape requirements around analytics needs for an Enterprise CRM Data Warehouse deployment

• Integrate 'voice of the customer' systems with web analytics and CEM data to obtain 360 integrated views of the customer experience and behavior

• Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in in Statistics, Marketing Sciences, Economics or Business.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience in online / business analytics.

• Demonstrated strong proficiency at advanced level in Microsoft Excel

• Prior experience with enterprise level web analytics tools (Omniture, Coremetrics, Webtrends, Google Analytics) and query/reporting tools (SQL, SAS, etc.)

• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with a passion for providing business insight. 

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as in a team environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of end users.

• Highly skilled in time management and ability to meet tight deadlines while multi-tasking.

• Uses discretion, works well under pressure, and maintains professionalism.

• Results driven.
