Educational Requirements:

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field/work exp.
Work Exp: 5+ years (BS), 2+ years (MS).

Skills:
• Strong Knowledge & understanding of HTML4/5, CSS, XML, XSL, Javascript, Ajax, restful webservices & object-oriented design.
• Strong web page design & development skills.
• Strong exp at web application development for cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge & understanding of HTML5, Java, python & SQL a plus.
• Prior exp in the design & development of web-based applications.
• Knowledge of modern software development tools including bug tracking systems, source code revision control, and automated testing techniques.
• Proficient in Linux & Windows environments.

Job Description:
This position is for an individual contributor whose primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test & maintain a highly scalable, robust customer facing web application platform targeted to the transfer, storage, display and protection of data containing highly sensitive PHI (Protected Health Information). In addition to performing the primary development activities listed above, the candidate may be responsible for general bug fixing, enhancements, test suite development, user support and participation in all other activities defined in the company's product development process and as requested by their manager.

Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced adaptive environment, self-starter, tech junkie and strong team player required.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Individual contribution to the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of the customer facing web applications platform for company's products
2. Adherence to & active participation in the continuous development & improvement of all engineering team quality policies & processes
