The basic technical requirements are:
• BS in CS or related field (MS in CS desirable)
• 10+ years experience in object oriented design, development of scalable, secure, and maintainable web based applications (including J2EE, XSL, XML, and HTML)
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing engineers, team leads and projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse, geographically distributed, multicultural environment and with customers
• Experience with website aggregation a plus
• Experience with large scale SAAS and 24x7 operations a plus
• Experience with financial industry particularly Wealth management or Financial Advisors a plus
